Community Involvement

Rogers Corporation is built on the core belief that we have a responsibility to our coworkers, our community, and ourselves to make health, safety, and environmental issues the key considerations in everything we do. We uphold this belief by giving back to the communities around us.

Giving back to the community comes in many forms. Whether you’re a part of the action, or supplying the means to make it possible, you are a vital component to making your community a better place.

Volunteerism, Support, & Sponsorships

There are many ways Rogers is giving back, and we invite you to join in!

Energy Initiatives

In our operations, Rogers Corporation is constantly looking for and finding ways to work more efficiently. Efforts have included replacing parking area lights with solar wind technology, upgrading and replacing HVAC and lighting units with energy-saving controls, and reducing fuel costs by using natural gas.

Our employees in Arizona participate in AZ Trip Rewards (commuting) program to help reduce emissions.

For our products, our researchers spend many hours developing materials and components that help save energy by providing innovative power distribution and thermal management in hybrid electric vehicles for variable frequency motor drives.
